Meet The Doctors
Dr.Stanley Baker, DDS
Dr. Baker was awarded his DDS from Loma Linda University, School of Dentistry and subsequently completed a residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery at the University of Southern California – Los Angeles County Medical Center. Dr. Baker is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and a fellow with the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. He has been recognized by the American Dental Association for outstanding contributions to the profession. Dr. Baker has a particular interest in dental implants and has been awarded Fellow in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
Dr. Baker has also been the director of the Modesto Study Club since its inception in 1992. This is a study club of area dentists interested in comprehensive dental care and dental implants.
Dr. Michael Cadra, DMD, MD
After earning his DMD (Doctor of Dental Medicine) from Washington University, St. Louis’ School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Cadra completed his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency at the Los Angeles County/University of Southern California Medical Center. Additionally, Dr. Cadra received his MD from the University of Alabama, School of Medicine and completed training in general surgery at Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and the National Dental Board of Anesthesiology.
Dr. Cadra has served on the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons Committee on Continuing Education and Professional Development since 2000, and currently chairs the subcommittee on anesthesia education. He is an active evaluator for the Dental Board of California’s General Anesthesia Evaluation program. Current hospital appointments include Memorial Medical Center, Doctors Medical Center, and Stanislaus Surgical Hospital.
Dr. Jacob Barber, DDS
Dr. Barber earned his DDS from the University of The Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco and completed his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency at Highland Hospital/Alameda County Medical Center, Children’s Hospital, and Kaiser Hospital in Oakland, CA. He is an active member both locally and nationally in many professional organizations and has been recognized for his excellence in oral surgery and leadership. Dr. Barber is also involved as a member of the Modesto Study Club focusing on advancement and excellence in implant dentistry. In 2015, Dr. Barber started the Young Dentist Study Club of Stanislaus County to promote learning and excellence among colleagues. He has been active within the Stanislaus Dental Society leadership team and is the alumni president of his Oral Surgery Residency training program.
Recently, Dr. Barber has been published in the Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, the Journal of Oral Surgery, Oral Medicine, Oral Pathology and Oral Radiology as well as The Journal of Craniomaxillofacial Trauma Reconstruction. He has presented at both American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Annual Meetings and California Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery on topics including facial trauma, implants, and reconstructive jaw surgery. Current hospital privileges include Memorial Medical Center and Doctor’s Medical Center of Modesto.
